Group EMDR Therapy
Are you searching for a transformative healing experience that brings together connection, support, and growth?
The Power of Group EMDR
EMDR therapy has long been recognized as an effective treatment for trauma-related disorders, anxiety, and other psychological difficulties. By integrating the power of bilateral stimulation with uniquely crafted therapeutic techniques, EMDR enables individuals to process distressing memories and experiences in a safe and structured manner.
In bringing this transformative treatment into a group setting, we harness the collective wisdom and healing energy of a supportive community. My group EMDR sessions create a nurturing environment where participants can deepen their healing processes alongside others who share similar experiences and challenges.

This may be a common concern for some, it is important to remember nothing is said out loud during reprocessing. Although you and someone you may know might be in the group there will be no forced interacting between participants. If you need to touch base about seating please do at the start of group.

This is possibly the most common question I get. Group EMDR (whether resourcing or reprocessing) has been around a while but has gained popularity in recent yeas. I am excite to be one of the first in Ohio to bring EMDR to the group setting.

For Groups Tailored for Healthcare Providers:
As healthcare providers, you dedicate your lives to caring for others tirelessly. But often, this selfless commitment can take its toll on your own mental and emotional well-being. The unique pressures of the healthcare profession necessitate targeted support and specialized interventions. That's why my EMDR groups are designed exclusively for healthcare providers, to address the distinctive challenges you face.
Within these groups, I offer a confidential space where you can freely explore and process the impacts of your work without fear of judgment or misunderstanding.
