Whether you are in the beginning, middle, or end of your therapy journey, Group Resourcing can be a beautiful addition to your healing.
The Power of Resourcing
Resourcing is a term commonly found in general trauma literature, referring to both internal and external experiences that serve to bolster an individual's window of tolerance. The primary objective of resourcing is to equip you with the proficiency and capability to leverage these skills outside of therapy sessions, effectively navigating stress, distress, anxieties, and triggers. With the aid of good resourcing practices, you can enhance your daily functioning and better handle challenging situations as you progress through treatment. Engaging in virtual resourcing workshops provides a secure environment for you to complement your healing journey in the company of like-minded peers who share similar aspirations.
